My system containing:---
Windows7 professional(service pack 1)
Processor:Intel(R)Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80 GHz 2.80 GHz
RAM :2.00 GB
System Type:32-bit Operating System

Can you please tell me what are the system requirements are required to install SQL SERVER.And i have a doubt, that is,if we want to install SQl SERVER,is IIS should be checked in windows features in Control Panel?

I tried for sql server 2005,2008(R2),but no one is properly installed,it didn't show the Management Tool.

In sql server 2005 installation there can be two disks. one will have the Sql server services and components and another disk will have the management studio and cother components like SSRS, SSAS and SSIS. Please install both the disks and check if you are able to access SSMS.

Please get the complete installation set up and it would show all the options in a single window and it would install all the things necessary for sql server in a sequential manner.
