Multiple Login-Incorrect Password

Hello Sir
Help me with some code for Displaying error message "unauthorized user".
From Login screen- Allow user to give userid and password three times when its wrong 4th time it should give msg as "Unauthorized user" then redirect to forgotpassword page.
