What is AutoPostBack in .net?

If you want a control to postback automatically when an event is raised, you need to set the AutoPostBack property of the control to True.

AutoPostback is a website page goto server and server will processes the value then send back to that same page.

Example:-

If (Not Page.IsPostBack) Then
end If

Hi,
AutoPostback or Postback is nothing but submitting page to server.

AutoPostback is webpage submitted to server, Server processes the values and result sends back to client.
