Binding controls on form to class object

There are no.of forms in my application and i want to save changed values of controls resides on form in my class object. i want to do this for gridView, listBox and other controls. What may be the easier way?

Hi,

Any class object you can bind if the class is derived from List, Collections, or Ienumerable interfaces.

Hope this will give you an idea
