Designing header in Asp .NET

In most of the websites, there are tab or button on the top of the pages, which will take us to all the links in the website. How to design that in ASP .NET

In this website also, on the top we can see the tabs like Home, Tutorial, Articles, Forum etc... How to design it in ASP .NET?

Hi,
Its all css you can create HTML table and set its background color. you can find lots of javascript/html code to create menu.

hi,
This is menu. You use asp.net menu control for this.

Otherwise your can use any javascript or dhtml menus just like amit said
