http://sqlite.phxsoftware.com/forums/t/954.aspx

Try to make a connection like this:

conexion = New SQLiteConnection ("Data Source=" & strPathBD & ";UseUTF16Encoding=False;Synchronous=Normal; Version=3;New=False")

I use my SQLite database for writing spanish words without any problem: ç, í, à, ó, ñ...

Thanks And Regards.

You can insert the unicode characters after encoding it using

string str = "My String";
Server.HtmlEncode(str);
