Regarding ArrayList

Hi..
I have created onr arrayList in which contains a set of values.I wants to store all this set of values into a table which ha only single column.I want to all the values into this single colum.

for(i = 0; intCount <= allMenuDetails.Count - 1; i++)
{
string[] strArrayList= allMenuDetails[intCount].ToString().Split(new char[] { '~' });
MenuText=strArrayList[0].ToString().Trim()

}
This is my code
allMenuDetails contains set of 5 string values
I want to save all those 5 values into Single Column named as MenuText
Now please give code for this

Hi

string[] strArrayList= allMenuDetails[intCount].ToString().Split(new char[] { '~' });
for(int j=0;j<strArrayList.Length;j++)
{
MenuText=strArrayList[j].ToString().Trim();
}
