how to edit the content of a pdf file

hi all
any body plz tell me how to edit he content of a pdf file
that is i want to delete some character and add new character in a pdf file..

Are you using any 3rd party tools to create PDF file..?

no i have a pdf file , i want to change the figure 3500 to 4500 in this same pdf file.

You can try Open Source PDF libraries for accomplishment this task. have a look there http://csharp-source.net/open-source/pdf-libraries

You can google some PDF editor( like thise one: http://www.yiigo.com/guides/csharp/how-to-process-pdf.shtml) to help you with that. Select one whose way of processing is simple and fast to help you. Remember to check its free trial package first if possible. I hope you success. Good luck.

There are some websites providing free service for edit PDF file, but it may has the risk of damaging the pdf security. So I think may be you can try some PDF reading control sdk.
