Hi,

In WPF you can define your styles in .XMAL files and use them as a resource in the app.xaml file.

Hope this helps.

while creating ASP.NET application, you can use a CSS file to style your graphic controls, using the CssClass property. But actually, there is no such solution for WinForms applications. Now, there is one: the StylesSheetManager.
To use the StylesSheetManager you need to create an xml file with containg all data regarding to CSS of windows application. and then apply this XML file with merging StylesSheetManager control on your form.

The above link will guide you to accomplish this task.
