select *.log or *.doc files from directory in remote system using ftp

Posted By: Sasi     Posted Date: July 26, 2011    Points:5   Category :C#
Hi Guys,
I need to select particular type of files (*.log or *.bmp like that) from the directory in remote system using the FTP connection. I referred some of the sites but they gave the details to select the local system files not related to remote system. If anybody knows to do that, please update here.
thanks
sasi
