For coping files use these coding as

private void button2_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
String[] files=Directory.GetFiles("C:\\test\\source", "*.*");

foreach(string file in files)
{
string destfile = Path.Combine("C:\\test\\destination", file);
File.Copy (file, destfile, true);

}

}

you need to custom progress bar where you have to attach each steps, infact each interval with a process which is mapping copying data percentage and assign completed percentage value to label.text. at each iteration or interval update value to label.text.
you can take some help from given link
