i need install winxp sp3 using pendrive with bootable.

hi

My laptop didnot provision CD-Rom. I am access the sql server to client system
using network sharing CD-Rom install successfully. My Error below attach Jpg File.but sql server authentication Details did not get them i am try to also
copy pen drive to install but below image show i am try to connect my system name
didnot connect now i need . How to install win-xp sp3 using pendrive also
sql server how will do this any one post idea i need very very urgent.
