How to ingnore by default value of comboboxes?

I have windows application (Sales Inventory) which generates invoice by pick list. There are only 10 items pick at one invoice.. when i choose 3 items and save picklist by 3 items. but in Crystal report (Invoice) other 7 comboboxes values by default take 0. i want to ignore these rows (7 which is not selected). Helps needed.
