Menu item over my desired image..how?

I ve horizontal color image(button size)..I need my text to overwrite in button image(In nutshell, i am using in menu)..
i ve added this image in css..menu in asp.how to overrite it?

drag a panel place the lable in it.

type a text in lable as what you want den finally

select that panel choose FORMAT tab in that choose position
as absolute and give ok

den place the panel over menu where u want

use css

.menustyles
{
position : absolute;
padding : <value>;
top : <value>;
left : <value>;
right : <value>;
height : <value>;
width : <value>;
}

Using CSS you can easily achieve this.
