Page Reload ing in ASP.Net

I'm inserted the values into database from webpage.
After the insertion is completed when i press the f5 key or reload the page, The same data is inserted once again into the database.How to solve this problem.

Hey

simple solution is...

once button click event code is completed....

den add response.redirect to same page...

and when u refresh the page, click event will not fire again...

basically by doing redirect, browser treat refreshed page as new page and not original.... hence, not repost..
