try these link as

U can Use nchar or char datatype for that

Create table Test_Nchar_Tamil

(strTamil nvarchar(max))

Go

To store write this
insert into Test_Nchar_Tamil

values ( N'???')

Go

And U can Select that row as

select * from Test_Nchar_Tamil where strTamil like N'???'

try it

U should make use of various font style..

first install that style sheet in

start->control panel->fonts

and place that style sheets in it...

to verify select the style in font style on ms-word and check by typing in it

u can use as

you can use encoding and decoding for this particular font and at the time of inserting in sql server this name is encoded in binary code and when you get this name decode the encoded code by using decode function

I think by using this class

http://www.dotnetspider.com/namespace/ShowClass.aspx?ClassId=196

you can convert your code in encrypted form and it will definitely stored in database.

hey

That is possible of using Datatype of that Field as nvarchar which can store data as a binary format,so you can store data in a tamil letters also

just give input in tamil and inject it to sql and finally retrive and test in another form
