if you r displaying employee details on previous form on controls like Textbox, Combobox etc.. then create an object of previous form, and on the other form,

Form 2,
public objForm1 as object

on Form 1,
when calling form 2 use,
dim objForm2 as new Form2
objForm2.objForm1 = me

then on Form2,
you can use,
e.g. objForm1.textbox.text

if u r not using controls then declare public variables on Form1 and assign them values and you can use this variables in the same way as disscussed above...

hope this will help u..
