help ..gridview in asp.net 2.0 like vb6

is it possible in asp.net that we write value in text box and automatically taht value fill in gridview. (in same page and old value also display in grid when new record is added) if yes how?

for eg. there r two panel in one form.
in 1st panel i have 5 textboxes and in 2nd panel there is gridview.
my requirement is if i fill textbox accordingly gridview also beign updated
and also disply old records....

(this is done in vb6 i want same or similar of this)

Hi Shahin,
If i understood you correctly then you can you want to update gridview in KeyPress event? if yes then you have to use javascript or ajax.

ya u understood.
i wanted to do same in eiter lostfocus() event of txtbox
plz suggest me how can i do this using ajax...
