Can I debug stored procedure using visual studio?

Is there any way I can debug stored procedure using visual studio 2010? I am using SQL server 2008 and Visual Studio 2010..

Hello,

Steps to enable debugging the procedure in sqlserver2008. Perform this steps on ur server machine

1) Window key + R and Write: compmgmt.msc
2) Select Local Users and Groups / Administrators
3) When the dialog appears, Add the person's name by clicking add button as shown below and click ok.
4) connect to sql server from vs studio
5) right click on ur sp and select debug option
6) fill the parameters and execute it.
