I guess you are trying to deploy on Shared hosting ?
Let us know does your Host Provider support Middle/Partial Trust Asp Hosting .
And Is the DLL is a 3rd party assembly or yours ?

Change the Webconfig file to show complete detail of error
<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>
It can be series of DLLs ? if you know the Exact DLL then check with its properties and let us know the Name ,Version and Built.

No need to upload the DLL .Mention the assembly name and its properties .
Also Copy and paste the exact error you are getting from the app.
Thanks.
