Webgarden is configured on single server by serving multiple worker process for a single application pool.

Steps to configure a Web garden using IIS
1.Open inetmgr --> select Application Pools --> right-click on application pool-->select Advanced Settings.

2.Under the Process model section, enter the maximum worker processes . y default it is 1. Once you enter maximum worker processes value greater than 1 , it becomes a Web garden.

When an application is hosted by multiple processes on the same server it is said to be a web garden environment.

Also if an application is hosted by multiple servers then it is said to be web farm environment.

Thanks And Regards.
