Hi Vikram
you can use :
Page.ClientScript.RegisterStartUpScript to register your javascript (Window.Open)
to open a page from code behind file.
Thanks & Regards,

You have two options Server.Transfer and Response.Redirect.

In Response.Redirect the client will have knowledge about the page that its navigating to.
And in Server.Transfer it happens without the knowledge of the client.
