Hi
Plz follow below logic

VB.NET Code
Dim ds As New DataSet
ds.ReadXml(System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.AppSettings("XMLPath") & "\" & "BirthDay.xml")
For i As Integer = 0 To ds.Tables(0).Rows.Count - 1
Dim BirthDate As Date = ds.Tables(0).Rows(i).Item(1).ToString
Dim da As Day = BirthDate.DayOfYear
Dim today As Day = Date.Today.DayOfYear
Next
if da=today then
SendMail() ' Write Sending Mail Code Here
end if
C#.NET COde
DataSet ds = new DataSet();
ds.ReadXml(System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["XMLPath"] + "\\" + "BirthDay.xml");
for (int i = 0; i < ds.Tables[0].Rows.Count; i++)
{
System.DateTime BirthDate = ds.Tables[0].Rows[i][1].ToString();
Day da = BirthDate.DayOfYear;
Day today = System.DateTime.Today.DayOfYear;
}
if (da ==today)
{
SendMail(); \\Write Sending Mail Code Here
}

Any Problem Let Me know i will send u full code.

Regards
Santosh
