Hi,

TimeZone class represents local system TimeZone (Configured in your computer) information where as TimeZoneInfo class represents any timezone information available in the world.

TimezoneInfo class is new class has been added from .NET framework version 4.0 where as TimeZone class is available since .NET Framework version 1.1.

Thanks,
Amit
