Check Wiith your VS 2008 About Screen , With SP1 the Product Info caption will show you "sp" at Top Left corner.

If nor Sp1 is not installed .

Hi Kamlesh ,
Set the Value Attribute of Slider to any value if you want it to start other than default .

For rotation of Image check the source code bellow.

using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Linq;
using System.Text;
using System.Windows;
using System.Windows.Controls;
using System.Windows.Data;
using System.Windows.Documents;
using System.Windows.Input;
using System.Windows.Media;
using System.Windows.Media.Imaging;
using System.Windows.Navigation;
using System.Windows.Shapes;

namespace Image
{
/// <summary>
/// Interaction logic for MainWindow.xaml
/// </summary>
public partial class MainWindow : Window
{
BitmapImage imgSrc;
public MainWindow()
{
InitializeComponent();

}

private void slider1_ValueChanged(object sender, RoutedPropertyChangedEventArgs<double> e)
{

imgSrc = new BitmapImage();

// Begin initialization.
imgSrc.BeginInit();
switch ((int)e.NewValue)
{
case 1:
imgSrc.Rotation = Rotation.Rotate0;
break;
case 2:
imgSrc.Rotation=Rotation.Rotate90;
break;

case 3:
imgSrc.Rotation=Rotation.Rotate180;
break;

case 4:
imgSrc.Rotation = Rotation.Rotate270;
break;

default:
break;
}
// Begin initialization.
imgSrc.UriSource = new Uri("Image1.jpg", UriKind.Relative);
imgSrc.EndInit();
image1.Source = imgSrc;

}
}
}

Check the attached project for the same.
