How to access the pages from outside?

Hi,
I have completed a .net based project and publish the website.Can anybody please tell me the steps how to access the pages from outside?
N.B. the pages are accessible from the other computers which are LAN connected, but I want to access the pages from outside.. please tell me what I need to do for that?

Please help!!!

First of all, you should have a static IP address (I think static IPs are normally provided by your ISP)
And you have to setup the IP forwarding in your router settings so that the static IP should be pointing to the required machine in your LAN, which is having the website configured. So your website can be accessbile from outside of your LAN, and accessible using http://staticIP/virtualDirectory/yourdefaultPage.aspx
