Hi,
Idea:
1) Create a table for feedback.(Insert a information into table with date, Username and UserId)
2) Check box to approve a feedback(Only Admin)
3) write a query for approval feedback.
4) view in your site

to accomplish such type of task you need to gather feedback in queue for admin processing. when admin check it for further processing or display as its ok message then pass this message in those table which is responsible for display feedback publicly. In short you can make one temp table and other main table. just hold trash and current data in temp table and after approval pass it in main table.
whatever for validation control you can check this msdn- [ http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/7kh55542.aspx ] article
