Posted By: Sajid P K     Posted Date: November 22, 2010    Points:2   Category :.NET Framework
Frndz,

We are facing problem while uploading excel file.
We are using .Net 3.5. At our local system which is Windows XP and office 2003.
It is working fine. At server side we are using Windows server 2008 R2, Office 2003.
To open excel we are using Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel

My code is as follows:--

using Excel = Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel;

xlWorkBook = xlApp.Workbooks.Open(strExcelPath, Missing.Value, false, Missing.Value, Missing.Value, Missing.Value, Missing.Value, Missing.Value, Missing.Value, true, Missing.Value, Missing.Value, Missing.Value, Missing.Value, Excel.XlCorruptLoad.xlNormalLoad);

But it is giving error at server location where configuraton is as follows:--

Windows server 2008 R2 ,Office 2003.

Error is coming as :--

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800A03EC): Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC

Please help on this ?
