2 way communication using WCF

I am having a Windows Client and a Web app. both have similar DB and the changes are allowed independently but, need to be synced(the changes in Win Client should be moved to Web App and The changes in Web App has to be moved to Win Client. to do this I want to call a WCF service - using data sync. but, I am not sure how to achieve this because the data is huge. duplex communication is only to do 2 way communication with client and WCF service. but how can I get the web app data from and send it to client?
