How to use scanner to scan images in asp.net.

For accomplishing a scanning job, you need to attach a scanner with your system where your DotNet application is installed, right? Now, just forget about the DotNet and think if you would manually scan a paper by that attached scanner. So, what you would do manually? You would click on a .exe(executable) file which has already come with that attached scanner(commonly known as scanning software) and after clicking on that particular .exe , your scanner would start scanning the paper, right? Then, rather clicking manually on that .exe file, let your DotNet application to do the click for you as with the following code:-

System.Diagnostic.Process.Start("C:/HPScanner.exe")

Note: I have assumed that the .exe name is "HPScanner.exe" and it is in the C drive.
