How to access the control in the master page from a child page?
October 31, 2010
Please help me on how to access the control from child page...
Posted Date: November 02, 2010 Points: 5
Considar LblLoginName this is the label defined in the master page, page Abc is the child of the Master page.
If You want to change the text of the label of the master page by the child, you can use this
Dim lableName As Label = CType(Me.Master.FindControl("LblLoginName"), Label)
lab.Text = "DotNetSpark"
I think this may help you.
Thanks and Regards,
