How to get the row in an sql server with out defining columns in where condition?

Please suggest me some work around to get the particular row in Sql server.

Hi Alwyn,

Run the Below Query to get Particular Row from a TABLE

here i am displaying 1st Row from a TABLE

with CTE as(select row_number() over(order by salary desc) row,* from dupemp)
select * from CTE where row=1
