Data Replication between two different databases

hi all,
Form siebel Server data is saved into siebel local database in client machine regularly.
Now i have to get the newly added records and save into the sqlserver DB when ever the new data comes.
using ODBC connection i have connected to the siebel local database and retrieving the data. how to keep track of newly added records and automate the process to retrieve data regularly. What is the better way to do that.

For that, we can use snapshot replication. We can also use sql agent without replication.
