Hi All,

I am using sharepoint peopleeditor in my ascx page.
In my ascx page i have one peopleeditor, one textbox. When i click on the peopleeditor i want the emailid of the resolved entity to be get placed in the textbox. This should be happened in the server side(i mean in ascx.cs file).
Are there any server side events that can be called on click of sharepoint peopleeditor?

Hi Siva,

You can bind the necessary event to people picker control in your page and once you got resolved entity then you can use UserInformationList list's email column to populate in the TextBox of yours

Events for PeoplePicker

Hope this helps
