Is it possible to restore SQL Server 7 Back up in SQL server 2008 or 2005?

IS there any way to restore SQL Server 7 Back up in SQL server 2008 or 2005?

Yes. It is possible. Use the following steps,

Step 1 : Full backup of source database
Step 2 : Move the full backup to destination server2005
step 3 : Restore the fullbackup in sql server and change the compatibility level from 80 to 90
Solution 2 : Detach and Attach Method
Solution 3 : Copy Database Wizard

Hi,

Here Db is SQL Server 7 , not 2000.
