Employee Name as primary key

Hi All,


I am uploading excel data to databse.I dont have EmpId.Can i use EmpName as primary key.In excel file there ii first name and lastname column should i need to create two columns in database or its better to store in one column as EmpName with combination of first name and lastname.

You can have lastname and first name in different column

form a composite primary key on firstname and lastname columns.

Use Composite Primary key on first and Last Name
