save a directury structure(parent folder and child folder relation) in a hash table.

|___My Project----8----------(8,4)

Need a program to save the (folderindex, parentIndex)
of any given directury structure in a hash table like above mentioned // finally hash table should contains the (folderindex, parentIndex).

please help me out on this.
