Problem for running Windows Application in .net visual Studio 2010

1. I have developed Windows Application in vsts 2010 .net. when i run this project i get an error as projectname.vsshot.exe is in use project can not run. every time i have to close the project & also close the visual studio. And again start it.
Please give me solution to solve this problem

Go into your project settings.select Debug -> Enable the Visual Studio hosting process
