How to plot values on -ve x axis in chart with the help of chart control

i have a application which plots point on xy plane with help of chart control but it does not show values on negative x axis it arranges it according to scale of +ve and -ve y axis. how can show -ve x axis and point arranged accordingly.is series chart type right option?

my application is windows application still i manage to solve problem without third party tool

but now i have problem regarding labelling the data points .for labelling i have one seprate column where in
for each point their is label and as i am using Addxy method for plotting points i cannot label point simultaneously while retriving x and y value. solution for labelling data points in above link is confusing me
a bit.
