Hi Pooja-

As you are new to Dot Net .. here i want to correct something. ASP.Net id used for Web application not for Window application. ASP.Net iss not a programming language. its a platform.

For Window application to Open a form :
Create the object of the form

frmYourForm frmObj=new frmYourForm();
'Show new form
frmObj.Show();

Hide FOrm
frmObj.Hide();

Show Dialog box
frmObj.ShowDialog();

Thanks
