make msi file programmatically

Posted By: Lam Le     Posted Date: April 25, 2010    Points:2   Category :C#
Hi all,
I have a question related to making msi file and I hope to receive some expert answers from you.
I have a C sharp application and I want to make an msi file for this application on flight, meaning that I can run another C sharp application and edit the content of this application, ex: change the content of a text file and then make the msi file of this application.
I know how to do that with visual studio tool but as I want to change the content of the msi file, I have to make it on flight or make it first and then change the content programmatically. Either way I dont have the answer yet.
Any idea pls!
