Visual Basic 6.0 Command Button Validation

I want to Print Report(Original Leaving Certificate )at Once only,when User Clicks Second Time on Print Button then User will Get Message Already Printed Leaving Certificate get Duplicate Leaving Certificate.
How I can do it.that i want to store Button Clicks Events if evenr =1 then print Orignal Report else Dulicate report.

You can add one bit field in the database adn next time when user click check the status.
You can change the name of the certificate on first time print like change it t cert_Delivered...
and check the name if it contains delivered then issue duplicate copy instead of original one.
