How to Validate Command Button Click Event in Vb 6.0

Hello Sir I want to validate at a once Click on Vb Command Button ,when User First Time Clicks on Print Button then it will print that report and after that when user click second time on that button it shows msg u can Print Report user has already get this Print ,How i can Validate in Vb 6.0 with MS Access 2003.

I want to Print Report(Original Leaving Certificate )at Once only,when User Clicks Second Time on Print Button then User will Get Message Already Printed Leaving Certificate get Duplicate Leaving Certificate.
How I can do it.that i want to store Button Clicks Events if evenr =1 then print Orignal Report else Dulicate report.
