Linking docs to Forms

Posted By: Kim G.     Posted Date: April 12, 2010    Points:2   Category :SharePoint
Is there a way to link documents stored in a Document Library to Forms? We are tracking a multitude of projects and the information for each project is in its own Form. Each project also has multiple related documents which are stored in a Document Library. I would like to link these documents within each project's Form so when a user pulls up a project Form they can just click on a link to open related documents from the Document Library for that project.

Any suggestions?
